HIMS CERTIFIED

Coast Guard Medical Exams

At our office, you can get a full Coast Guard physical with Dr. Lucey. At the end of your visit you will leave with your form CG719K, typed up and ready to go.

Immigration Physicals

We offer immigration physicals as well as typing the I-693 form, and putting it in a sealed envelope.
